Buying or selling an existing home?
Comprehensive inspection with thermal imaging and foundation elevation measurements included.
A home inspection should give you answers, not leave you with more questions. My goal is to provide a thorough inspection and a clear, comprehensive report written in language you can understand.
More information. Clearer answers. No unnecessary add-on fees.
Detailed findings, photos, and straightforward explanations so you understand what was found, why it matters, and when further evaluation may be recommended.
Thermal imaging is used when appropriate to help identify temperature anomalies associated with moisture, insulation deficiencies, electrical concerns, and other conditions that may not be readily visible — at no additional cost.
Your inspection includes foundation elevation measurements and a documented elevation report to provide additional information when evaluating foundation performance — at no additional cost. For new-construction homes, these measurements can also establish a useful baseline of the home's floor elevations. If foundation concerns develop in the future, later measurements can be compared with the original readings to help identify changes over time.
No call centers. No handoffs. From your first call through your completed inspection and any questions afterwards, you work directly with me.
